Steph and Toby are always on the move serving up Bowlicious favorites across Mid-Coast Maine. What started as a dream to build something side by side turned into a food truck rooted in connection, community, and really good food.

After years of planning, recipe testing, and a personal journey into gluten- and dairy-free living, they created a menu that’s not only fresh and flavorful, but safe for those with celiac and gluten sensitivities. Every bowl is made with intention, using clean ingredients and as many locally sourced products as possible.

You’ll find them popping up at local spots, markets, and events, bringing people together over food that truly feels good.
