BUILT FROM A DECADE-LONG DREAM, ROOTED IN REAL FOOD, AND MADE TO CONNECT

MORE THAN A

FOOD truck.

THIS IS A dream

ON WHEELS.

Blueprint of a food truck for Bowlicious, a business selling sweet bowls, savory bowls, and smoothies. The blueprint includes various views of the truck, showing branding, storage tanks, generator, and serving window.

For over 10 years, Toby had a vision: a food truck where he and Stephanie could build a life together, side by side.

Toby enjoys interacting with people, and knows that good conversation combined with good food is the perfect recipe for bringing people together.

Bowlicious didn’t happen overnight.
It was dreamed up, talked through, refined, and held onto for years before it ever hit the road.

Today, Bowlicious is proud to be Maine’s only dedicated gluten-free and dairy-free food truck, offering something truly unique for those who are looking for better options without sacrificing flavor. With a focus on real, thoughtfully sourced ingredients, they are passionate about supporting local farms and Maine-based businesses, from fresh produce to meats and honey.

At the heart of it all, Bowlicious is about more than just food. It’s about creating a space where people feel welcomed, connected, and confident in what they’re eating. A place where good food and good conversation come together, just as it was always meant to be.

Then in 2015, everything shifted. Stephanie discovered she had sensitivities to gluten and dairy, and what started as a personal challenge quickly became something much bigger. She began experimenting in the kitchen, reworking recipes, questioning ingredients, and learning how to create food that was both nourishing and delicious. Along the way, she realized just how many everyday foods were filled with unnecessary additives, preservatives, and ingredients that simply didn’t serve our bodies. What began out of necessity grew into a deep passion for creating food people could truly feel good about eating.

Together, Toby and Stephanie recognized a growing need in their community for food that was not only delicious, but made with intention. After years of planning and persistence, Bowlicious officially hit the road in Mid-Coast Maine in 2023, bringing their homemade recipes to life in a whole new way.
